INTRODUCING "OUTSCORE"

In this revolutionary new graphic adventure by BRIGHT FUTURE GAMES, you will discover a future where every aspect of your life is determined by a governmental system called CITIZEN SCORE. Accompany Alex Murillo in his quest to recover his lost score and figure out who or what is behind his sudden misfortune.

Team up with a rich cast of characters inhabiting an all-too-real dystopian world, explore diverse locations within the decadent metropolis of NOVA CITY, and prepare to sharpen your wits as you solve puzzles, establish relationships, and explore this fascinating new world created by BRIGHT FUTURE GAMES.

MEET ALEX MURILLO ON HIS WORST DAY EVER

When everything in your life depends on your CITIZEN SCORE, waking up outside the city with no score, and no recollection of how you got to be in such position, might just be the start of your worst day ever... unless you manage to turn it around very quickly.

CHOICE AND CONSEQUENCE

OUTSCORE lets you define the kind of game you want to play through its gameplay-driven narrative choices. It may seem sometimes that your only option is an unsavory one, but there's often a different way to go about things. Don't hesitate to explore new possibilities, and don't jump at every option you're given.

AN ALL-TOO-REAL DYSTOPIA

A government grading citizens based on their behavior may seem like a horrible idea out of the most outlandish science-fiction stories, but it's an all-too-real thing happening in some places right now. Explore the consequences of such an authoritarian system before it becomes a reality for you too!

Nice game! I'm looking forward for the first episode.

Well, the game is pretty good, I did like the soundtrack and the graphics overall, it really gives you that cyberpunk feeling. Sad thing is that I could not pass the checkpoint... Keep up the good work!

Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you liked the game!

If you played the first version (if you downloaded the game before last night at 1am GMT), you might have better luck with the latest update, which was designed to lower the difficulty a little bit.

Keeping the game challenging but fair is a fine line to toe, and we're still fine-tuning to make sure we hit the right spot. In the future some of the puzzles might be redesigned, so look out for that too.

Finally, you can always message me on Twitter at @brightfuturebcn and I'll steer you in the right direction :)

I was playing the latest version (1.0.1) already, and after playing it again I found out how to pass the checkpoint, but I must say: "I feel dirty".
I just wish we had a way of passing the checkpoint without being so... Evil.

Well, just don't make the puzzles become too much obvious, it is good to have some challenge.

Already waiting for future updates and more story!

You do have that option :) getting the points is only one of two ways to go through the Checkpoint. I'll try to make this more obvious in future versions.

Thank you for the feedback, new updates are coming soon!

Great game! I love these style games. It is a be tedious to have to restart the game over when you make a mistake. But the story plot is great and nice cliffhanger. Can't wait for the full game!

Thanks so much for the video :) I will say though, you could have finished the demo on your first playthrough, as there are two ways to get through the checkpoint and only one of them requires that you have the points. I'll admit that this should have probably been made more obvious, something to consider for the first patch. A save game system will also be coming in future updates.

I'm really glad you liked the game, hope you'll stick around for the full version :)

Yes! I realized I could have made things a lot more simpler than what my video shows. But that's something I'll have to keep in mind when the full game is released :) Thanks!
